Fire up the quattro… and your wallets! Audi and the BBC have teamed up to raise money for BBC Children in Need by auctioning off one of the stars of cult crime drama Ashes to Ashes. No, not Phil Glenister (aka Gene Hunt). It’s the Audi quattro used throughout filming for the series that’s up for grabs. With both the legendary quattro and BBC Children in Need making their debut in 1980, the auction seems only fitting and all money raised will go towards changing the lives of some of the UK’s most disadvantaged children.
