Outside: In the Q7, the new exterior design features new front and rear sections, emphasizing the powerful character of the versatile seven-seater. For the first time on a Q7, the HD Matrix LED headlights – with laser as additional high beam – feature digital daytime running lights with selectable light signatures. OLED digital rear lights with four selectable lighting models complete the offer. New rims, new colors, decorative inlays and seats with contrasting stitching elevate the most versatile SUV in the Q family to an even higher level of personalization.
Interior: The five- and seven-seat versions of the Audi Q7 and SQ7 TFSI combine great prestige and everyday practicality. With their generous length, headroom and elbow room front and rear, both vehicles offer a first-class spacious and airy atmosphere. Depending on the position of the rear backrests, the luggage compartment of the five-seater version offers a volume of between 867 liters (backrests raised) and 1,993 liters (backrests lowered). The tailgate is electrically powered as standard. The market launch of the Audi Q7 takes place this month. Audi South Africa will offer the 55 TFSI in Platinum Edition and Black Edition trim ranges. The SQ7, on the other hand, is offered with the Black Edition trim line, which includes a Black styling package as well as black mirror housings, a unique black frame surround, as well as privacy glazing for the rear windows.
Engine:The range opens with the Q7 55 TFSI equipped with a six-cylinder petrol engine with three liters of displacement and direct fuel injection developing 250 kW. It produces a maximum torque of 500 Nm. Sportiness is deeply rooted in the genes of the new SQ7 TFSI. It now runs on the well-established four-liter TFSI engine with 373 kW and 770 Nm of torque with quick-shifting eight-speed tiptronic permanent all-wheel drive and quattro permanent all-wheel drive.
Prices: Prices for the 55 TFSI quattro start at R1 958 000 for the Platinum Edition and R1 987 900 for the Black Edition. The price of the SQ7 will be revealed closer to its local market launch in January 2025.
